In short:
- 12 month replacement warranty on everything we sell. If a cartridge streaks, leaks, will not be recognised, or prints badly, tell us and we replace it.
- Ordered the wrong one? Contact us within 30 days with the item unopened and we will exchange it for the right one.
- Opened cartridges cannot be exchanged for a change of mind — but if it does not work, that is a warranty matter and the paragraph above applies.
Before sending anything back, call 0800 INKINK. A good share of “faulty cartridge” cases turn out to be a contact that needs wiping or a print head that needs cleaning, and we would rather solve it on the phone in five minutes than have you post a working cartridge back to us.
