Not sure whether you need toner or a drum?
They are different parts and they wear out at different rates. Toner is the powder that makes the print; the drum transfers it to the paper and typically lasts several toner cartridges. If your pages have repeating marks at regular intervals down the page, that usually points to the drum rather than the toner.
